2. Steriods take center stage in the halls of Congress
3. Cubs dump Sammy Sosa
4. Vikings dump Randy Moss
5. D-Lee's pursuit of the triple crown
6. D-Lee's Batting Title
7. Cubs fail to reach .500 and the post season again
   
8. Cardinals Fail to Make the World Series

It was a disappointing year but there is always next year.
