Thank you Mr. Chief Justice Rehnquist. My prayers are for you and with your family:

Rehnquist, 80, who had been battling thyroid cancer, died Saturday evening at his home

Now the difficulty begins. There is too much going on right now that Bushy needs to take his time a little bit and just let things in New Olreans and the rest of the South situate a little more. I posted earlier about the nomination but i still think that we need a little more time.
